On December 5, 2012, Audi unveiled the RS 6 Avant's specifications. [25] Its twin-turbo 4.0 L (3,993 cc) TFSI V8 engine produces 700 Nm (516 lbft) of torque at 1750–5500 rpm and 412 kW (560 PS; 553 bhp) of power at 5700–6600 rpm. [26] The RS 6 Avant will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to mph) in 3.9 seconds as a result. By default, the top speed is capped at 250 km/h (155.3 mph). This top speed can be improved by purchasing the optional Dynamic or Dynamic Plus package to 280 km/h (174.0 mph) or 305 km/h, respectively (189.5 mph). The average fuel consumption, according to Audi, is 9.6 L/100 km (29.4 mpg Imp; 24.5 mpg US)[26] while the average CO2 emissions are 223 g/km. [26]
