The redesigned Audi RS5 models, Sportback and Coupé, combine the new RS design language of their larger brothers, the RS6 Avant and RS7 Sportback. This includes numerous design details and a new operating concept. The new 10.1-inch central MMI touchscreen is used to control them. Outstanding driving performance is ensured by the V6 twin-331 turbo's kW (450 PS) output, the quattro permanent all-wheel drive, and the sophisticated Dynamic Ride Control suspension system.
Oliver Hoffmann, Managing Director of Audi Sport GmbH, describes the RS5 models as "extremely dynamic all-rounders." "Audi put the first quattro on the road 40 years ago and has continuously improved these strengths, giving the RS5 models that decisive extra traction, dynamism, and stability. The handling is made even more spontaneous with the optional sport differential at the rear axle, which distributes the torque actively between the wheels."
