The automobile, which was based on a V-spec II model, underwent a 9-month restoration and tuning process at the renowned Nismo Omori Factory in Yokohama. The vehicle was completely disassembled, and the white body from the ground up restoration of the chassis—which has been done on factory demo cars—was performed. This crucial step ensures that the vehicle will be completely restored to conditions that are even better than the original factory finish. The original RB26 has been swapped out for a brand-new, modified S1 engine. Nismo has long drawn criticism for its conservative philosophy and somewhat antiquated tuning techniques, but whether you love it or hate it, you can't deny the attraction of a newly redesigned BNR34.
